Really...

Let me just start my blog this week by re-capping a conversation I had with my darling six year old this week.

Madalyn- Mama you should wear you bangs in your face...boys like it when you wear you hair like that so Nate will like it.

Me- What???? HUH??? where did you get that idea?

Madalyn- Caspian

Me- Who is Caspian???

Madalyn- A boy at school...he likes me...we are in LOVE

Me--choke, sputter, choke and stand there in disbelief!

So all I can really say this week is REALLY??? AREADY??? I thought boys had cooties or something.

Olivia has a new favorite place to sleep. She loves to roll on her side and fall asleep in front of the fireplace. I have thrown in the towel on keeping her thumb put of her mouth.

These are the pics of the snow at our house. We have had over 80 inches of snow in the last month!!! The fence in our backyard is 6 feet tall.

Well what can I say at this point. It's still snowing...snowing...snowing!

We took the kids skiing this weekend and they had a blast! Ryan did great for his first time and Taylor and Madalyn mastered turns.

I am exhausted and ready for the kids to go back to school...if that ever happens! I never realized just how nice that 6 hour semi-quiet time is during the day.
