Back together again!

We have had a very busy week here!!!

We started the week with Madalyn starting her first day of school Monday. I don't have my pictures yet, but I will post them soon. She was so excited to go to school and learn how to read!!!

On Tuesday Nate and I walked in Jack and Olivia's NICU room and stood there baffled as we looked at Jacks incubator and found a little baby girl with a lot of black hair. To our surprise we found our two little babies snuggled up together in their own CRIB across the room!!!!! No more incubators!!! They are both maintaining their own body tempurature now. This was the first time we have ever seen them together.

Another Great Day!

We reached a new milestone today! Jack and Olivia are both out from under the lights and wearing clothes...they are looking so cute! They both are working on learning to nurse too! Olivia is a pro already and Jack is catching on.

BABY UPDATE

After a rough week Olivia has finally made some progress. She is off the oxygen and we were finally able to hold her. She has started feeding again and is doind quite well. She will be under the lights for another day or so until her Jaundice is completely gone. Jack is also coming along. He is no longer under the lights and he is wearing clothes. He is eating quite well!!!

Nate and I are both feeling a lot better knowing that our precious packages are doing better! I came home from the hospital last night , still sore but mobility is returning.

Olivia Jane

Alas we picked a name. Olivia Jane Elmore



Jackson and Olivia are getting stronger every day! I was able to start nursing with Jack today. He will be under the lights for a couple of days to help with jaundice. Other than a little jaundice he is doing great!



Olivia is still having a hard time breathing so she still needs some assistance but she is continuing to improve every hour that passes.

WE HAVE TWO BEAUTIFUL BABIES!!!!!

I went into labor on the 18th about 3:30 in the morning. By 2 pm we made our way to the hospital. At 7:30 the babies were born via c-section. Jackson Frazier weighs 4lb 12 oz. and is 17 inches. Baby Girl ( still working on her name) was born a minute later. She weighs 4lb 13 oz. and is 18 1/2 inches. They are both doing great. Our little girl needs some help breathing so she has a tube in, but it will be taken out tonight. stay tuned for more!!!

baby update

We had an ultrasound this morning and the baies are looking great!!! Boy is measuring 4.12 lbs and Girl measures 5.4 lbs.

The twins will be here soon

After a long winter spring and summer we are finally making progress. As of Monday I am dialated to 1 cm. and 50% effaced. We are expecting these little bundles any day now!!!
